Terrible support, when need help need to wait online mire than 20min. Without any explanation and reason trip.com change our flight. Despite that they split our family into 2 different flights and left alone mine old father in another flight!!!! Terrible service….

Not recommend, when you need help from the staff for get it... waiting for 3 days nobody answer...
