I think the arrow, while simple (and simple is good), is a little boring. In both the icon and the app I’d love to see a simple star field background or maybe an actual black hole (or both). You should also charge a buck or two for this. You absolutely deserve to get paid for your work.

UPDATE: well, it seems this app is no longer being updated what with the last update being 2 years ago. At least the developer site doesn’t seem to forward to that spammy porn site anymore (at least it doesn’t on my iPhone). Still, it’s unfortunate because this and the developer’s Yapp app are apps I use *everyday* and both apps are great but could use some improvements here and there.
