Nerdibear

Recently my app no longer sends notification to my iPhone regarding about my door unlock or car door is still open. I have tried updating my iOS, deleting the app, disconnecting from my car and reconnecting it and nothing is working. My car was unlocked all night and I thought someone went into my car luckily nothing was stolen. The app was really good until recently it just completely failed to send notifications. And the apps logs off unknowingly and I have to log back in every time. Hopefully someone can let me know what I can do to get this app working.
