The app works fine usually. But as Somone who relays on public transit I’ve had my harsh moments with the app, in the free version the adds pop up at very inconvenient times like when the bus arrives and you have exactly 10 seconds to know or remember if this indeed is the line. If the app knows bus times it can definitely avoid this and maybe send a pop up 5 min before the bus or when you are on the bus and your stop isn’t close by. There’s also a lot of bugs in the app and it freezes quite regularly. Also it’s made some very harsh mistakes with times and locations.

Ok I’ll start off with giving them a thumbs up for the business version because there are some super useful tools for running a business. While the normal WhatsApp feels bombarding at times and all over the place, this app lets you focus on each task, or one group of people at a time so you can be way more efficient with you’re time. Only issue for me is the constant crashes and bugs that glitch the app out.
