What a disappointment. I purchased a new Mazda and was told to download and run this app. I was not told that after three years I would start having to pay a monthly ransoms fee in order to utilize the remote starter that I purchased. A completely dishonest practice. AND, to add insult to injury it continues to return a FAIL message (will not start car) when it is cold or excessively snowy. App is routinely updated and Mazda service only shrugs and says they can’t explain it and have no suggestions. So it and the app are of no value.
