First problem is the consumer service, they reply very late and some messages when I send don’t even show up! Also many times when I order food I get stuck on “confirmation”. I suppose it’s the restaurant fault so I think this should negative the restaurant rating in some way, or maybe add a sign that shows estimated time that takes for this restaurant to confirm or refuse your order.
