I will never recommend using this app for booking flights. I tried booking flights through CheapOair link on this app. I never received any confirmation and $530 were still deducted from my card.when i called cheapOair they had no record of this transaction. They were not helpful at all and they completely ignored my concerns. I WILL NEVER EVER USE ESM AND CHEAP O AIR AGAIN.
