Asos claims they sent refund for which I have been waiting more than 2 weeks! They claim my bank is withholding my funds where in the meantime I have received other refunds from Zara and Anthropologie - bice try ASOS - are you going to do that every time? Keep money that doenst belong to you? Asos claims to be eco friendly by reusing the packages, and making returns easy and less packaging consuming. Well how do you explain this: placed 4 different returns inside one box (because I was told to do so) and received only one refund, for one item instead of 5 items! Dispicable. And when you try t
