The app overall seems quite impressive, with its AI features for conversation and interesting learning materials. However, I am disappointed due to a recurring issue with the sound and voice recording functionalities. Specifically, in the dialogue exercises where I am supposed to listen and repeat, the listening feature often doesn’t work properly, as there is no sound. The app doesn’t send a code to phone number to log in. After 3 code requests it blocks the possibility to log in. So it happened with me. There was an option to call the service and I used it. Phone operator took an order and said that sent details to driver. After long waiting time (~10 min) I received an automatic call saying that driver didn’t start a ride and I can cancel or wait. I pressed ‘wait’ button. After second long waiting time I received the same call again. I phoned the operator back but it was said that they will look for a driver for the next 9 min and I can wait again. So appr
