I’ve been using Sleep Cycle for over a year straight and have generally recommended it to others, but an October/Halloween update resulted in making the only Free sleep sound into a reading of spooky stories? Baffling decision. Nothing against spooky stories here, but the actual audio track is not relaxing, it’s not calming, and it’s even narrated & paced in a way that feels like it’s meant to be agitating.
