Wish I didn’t accidentally purchase this. Used for 20 seconds and realized that this doesn’t do what it claims to do.

In short, my account was hacked after selecting Deny multiple times when the intruder was trying to gain access to my account. After selecting Deny 4 x’s, they were able to access the login site and have a onetime passcode sent to an email of their choosing, allowing them access to modify my account. Can someone inform me how this is safe, and appropriate for Microsoft to allow this in such a convenient manner? What’s the point of denying authentication if they can just have a passcode sent to them immediately, to an email not noted on the account??? If denied multiple times, the account shoul
