I had a frustrating experience with an Uber driver who asked me to cancel my booking because he had another passenger. I refused and waited, but he didn't cancel. Eventually, he did, and now I'm being charged for the cancellation of the second booking that came into my account. It's frustrating that Uber doesn't compensate passengers for wasted time!!
