Never have I ever, in the 28 years of my life, been able to run a mile let alone 4.4miles (7 weeks in using this app). All my life I have never been super active. I’d go through cycles of binge working out at the gym, taking classes, and paying monthly for a membership only for me to ultimately stop for months at a time before repeating the whole process again. It wasn’t until I was recommended by my best friend (an avid runner) to download this app. They mentioned our coworker used this app to start her running journey (and now she goes on runs all the time).
