Uber doesn’t seem to be caring to hear from customers anymore. The customer support is limited to few options ans clearly they don’t leave anyway to be contacted for other than what they want to allow. If you have an incident with a trip that the rider arrived being rude and cancelled an went away you cannot report them. This is how i noticed that my options to contact support are very limited. When this happened to me i started to dig more about how to contact support and i found that you can select very few options. I think after years of using Uber which is with no doubt a very good app a
