In order to watch most cable and local channels on Xfinity streaming, you have to be on your own Internet connection in your home. If you are away from home, most of the channels, you normally are able to watch. Are not available to watch. The watch button is grayed out, and it says below it that you must be on your own network in order to watch this channel.
