I enjoy this game although wish the colour focus didn’t default to 3 points.

The App gives a good overview of the diet, a comprehensive food list and the ability to track and review both food consumed and symptoms. I wouldn't be without it. As for the diet itself, it's enabled me to finally get relief from my digestive issues after years of suffering.
