This is probably one of the worst airline apps ever! It constantly gives you the run around, and you often can’t access the things you need to access. Flying the Star Alliance? Forget it! Integration with United Airlines is worthless! It’s 2026 Lufthansa, get with the times! Even the personnel in the Lufthansa lounges say that the app is terrible, and has been for years. The website is not much better either. Again, GET WITH THE TIMES LH!!
