Bought first class tickets in Amsterdam using the app to Belgium. We received 2nd class tickets even though we paid for the aforementioned first class tickets. When we tried to resolve the issue we couldn’t get past the AI assist agent to speak with an actual agent. Upon further review … realized there was a VERY heft service fee on the invoice that was not mentioned in the app when using it. And when I selected the same tickets in Canada (when I returned to Canada wasn’t mentioned in the fine print either. Do not use this app. Do not use this service.
