Absolutely awful company. The timing of the trips is never right, no chargers for 9 hour+ drives, and they cancel consistently. Most of the time canceling right before the bus is supposed to leave. My last attempt at using this app they canceled my trip that was supposed to leave at 12:15 at 12:06. That is absolutely disgraceful and shows they have no regard for people. 0 explanation to the reasoning of the cancelation as well. The offers we were given as a replacement bus ride weren’t even free and the trip would take place the next day. I was stranded thanks to FlixBus. I hope this company b
