Paid for Artist Pro for three months and couldn’t use it due to a bug between SoundCloud and the Apple login system — a login method their own app supports. When I contacted support they told me they couldn’t help because I signed in through Apple. That’s not a customer’s problem to solve. More recently I accidentally purchased an Artist Pro subscription on the wrong account. Contacted support. No response. SoundCloud has genuine potential as a platform for independent artists. I had one of the worst delivery experiences with DoorDash. I ordered ice cream, and the driver gets buzzed into the building but claims the lift isn’t working and leaves my meal downstairs.
