canceling because I don’t manage to download series to my phone to watch off-line.

I continuously get messages from random people that are not in my contacts. I have reported spam several times and this keeps happening. It is very annoying and I don’t understand how Telegram can have this problem! My phone number is private, I have my private settings settled to only my contacts so, how bad is the security of this app for my private phone number be visible to spam accounts?? Really? Deleting it!
