If, like me you tried the game years ago and have recently been seeing it advertised don't bother coming back. There's no tutorial for the new features if you previously got past the point where they are now introduced, and support makes you jump through several hoops including multiple screencaps and a short essay in order to reset your progress. That's not a joke by the way, they force you to tell them WHY you want to reset your progress. I just wanted to try out the new features and was fine with restarting if that's what I needed to do, but making it a massive headache to do so is unreason
