I’ve been using Dropbox for many years and I always seem to have issues with their products. They have absolutely terrible customer service…amongst the worst I’ve ever experienced. They don’t offer phone support and the agents aren’t helpful and only respond once a day. I often have to resolve issues completely on my own.
