As you know by now our flight to atl from Miami was cancelled. All we were give was food voucher/. We had to overnight in the airport with our son. Finally got to atl, our bags were missing. We had to purchase clothing until we got our bags. Biggest disappointment was: we weren’t compensated fairly. We bought things outside our budget. We were able to purchase schools supplies for our son. As advantage members, we weren’t treated fairly. Someone needs to reach out to us and offer better compensation for such horrible experience with the airline.
