It happened multiple times. Order delivery time keeps on increasing and then suddenly they tell you order was canceled without offering any reason or compensation. Service is super unreliable, and then you have to wait 3-5 days to get a refund. It happened to me 3 times unfortunately. Never using this app again, can’t relay on nor trust their services
