This app *should* be fairly simple, just the sort of things a QBO user needs to do on the go. But it is such a jumbled mess of half-programmed tools, it’s almost impossible to use. If I need to upload a receipt, I have to remember NOT to use the quick menu, as that opens a screen where the only possible action is taking a picture. And when I say that’s the only action, I mean it - there isn’t even a “cancel” button. I have to force-quit the app to exit. Then they added an auto-crop “feature”, which might be fine except a) it miscrops every time, b) fixing the miscrop is an annoying manual proc
