This is the first time I have ever left negative feedback on an app. I was excited to use it for my office. Seemed to work so bought the playback peddle. Then my partners and I started losing long dictations and having trouble emailing them to our stenographer. So we paid for phone support. Despite numerous attempts to get support, they never once spoke with us. If there is a resolution to our issues we will never know. We have uninstalled the program and reported them to Visa as a fraudulent vendor.
