I ordered from Careem and an item was missing from my order. I send a ticket sharing a photo of the order and requesting a refund for the missing item, they closed the ticket and mentioned that they shared the comment with the restaurant but will not be refunding me the amount for the missing item…. This is unacceptable. From previous experience with Talabat, they’ll refund you the amount immediately… Careem is so unprofessional and their customer service is so bad.
