It really is disappointing Southwest decided to jump on the bandwagon and start charging for everything like the other airlines. Extremely unhappy with the different levels for seating and the boarding process. I can get past the new charge for checked bags but seating according to where in the plane, there is no 1st class, if so it has definitely been down graded. Having paid for “extra legroom” seats, I don’t see the difference. This is just another way to fleece the passengers. Then the boarding, it makes no difference, people are still holding up the line in the isle trying put luggage i
