When I had Verizon it worked perfectly but I switched to metro and it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled, went through the setup process again, turned off live voicemail and the issue is it’s recognizing my vm as me answering the phone so I hope I can get some help on that bc I truly do get a lot of no caller id and that helps me identify and block block them. I’ve had this service for a year or more so please help me.
