I still had a subscription running till July so for 5 months and the app wasn’t able to link to it anymore. My IPhone kept saying I already had a subscription. No way getting round. No answer in FAQ, sent 4 messages to the helpdesk in the past weeks. No response. Made a new account on my laptop and now I can use it again the app. Paid double for 5 months but I go my favorite app back…
