Took a flight to return my grandkids home to CA. I am disabled and need some assistance. No employees were available to get me to our gate, thru the TSA. My husband was told if we didn’t want to wait, he would have to push me. Which we did- as we did not want to end up being late for our boarding. Next, I have always been treated respectfully by SW staff concerning my disability. This flight however the gentleman at the gate was quite rude. I asked if f my 3 grandkids could board with us as my husband was having to assist me and I was told no, they would have to wait until the ‘family boarding
