Secure messaging is the best feature ever provided to us as I hate being on the phone. Over the years this app has had some serious issues and still has a few but overall this app has been a lifesaver and the best resource the VA has ever provided us. I wish there was a simple way to submit feature requests for the areas where the app is lacking or flawed. If you are a veteran I can not recommend this resource enough. It’s a must have.
