So I get on a plane and to my surprise I was logged out so couldn’t do what I paid for . On top of it there is no option to save games against computer bots which is hilarious. Please improve the app.

So the chat history with vendors seems is good for only 6 months to a year, very disappointing. Also, it doesn’t allow you to rate vendors or products after certain periods which is really bad as a product can show a defect after a few months and there is no way to complain or write a review about it. I’m getting a bit disappointed lately about quality and service .

Very precise and responsive but it likes some modern features like syncing/backup and a nice practice history.

Cannot record voice messages and since some time is giving false badge notifications, messages were read on my laptop and here still shows as 1.

Takes forever, doesn't download in the background neither... pretty bad for using while commuting for this reason
