During a recent Yandex Go ride in Tbilisi, I experienced a serious safety issue that resulted in a personal injury. While exiting the vehicle, the car door suddenly closed on my finger due to a lack of proper resistance or soft-close mechanism. As a result, I suffered a thumb fracture and complete nail detachment, which required medical attention and caused significant pain. I reported the incident and have been in contact with support.
