I really like my tutor on Preply, and for the most part the app is good. I find the messaging can glitch out a lot - new messages sometimes don’t show up until I close and restart the app, even though I received a notification. Renewing my subscription caused the app to freeze and it took several hours for the transaction to go through - with the time difference between my tutor and I this caused me to miss out on my preferred scheduling times. However our video calls have had no problems at all.
