Best Running App for Beginners
I’ve been faithfully using this app 3x a week to help me build endurance, confidence and PATIENCE with running. I incorporate the app on the days I can’t make it to the gym and it’s been doing wonders to my fitness journey. I was never a running type and never thought I could run comfortably without feeling I would faint haha but this app helped me build up my ability to withstand cardio. Not only can I run without losing my breath, I can also tackle the stairmaster for 20 min without giving up. Don’t think just do it!
