Slow and annoying customer service, bad app experience
When I switch to another app and the switch back to The Economis app, I restart at the front page, and it does not remember for me what article I was reading or how far I made it. So read the articles in one go, or prepare to be frustrated.
Having not had the paper version delivered to the mailbox, I found out that I have to contact support. There's no simple way to report it. After contacting support through the app, I have to confirm my identity by listing name, address and other Infos, before they will accept my complaint.
