You are offering a package of 600 rupees in which drivers can accept only 5 rides. But most of the time, after accepting around 15 rides, customers cancel or don’t agree on the fare. so how can we even complete 5 rides? The slots get wasted before the rides are confirmed. This is a clear loss, not just for me but for every driver. If you don’t reverse this decision, then honestly, your service will be among the worst in the world, and we drivers will strongly boycott it.
