The app is terrible, constantly not allowing me to log into my bank due to “unable to verify” error. I’ve been patient as I have been a customer for 10 years but I cannot do it anymore unfortunately. I am leaving the bank because the app is so terrible. The people at my local bank are amazing, it is so sad that I have to leave because the crucial issues of the app just seem to get worse.
