My son loves playing this game, but lately the game is not letting him build ANYTHING. Every time he tries, it just says “building loading” and nothing happens. We have tried everything: restarting his iPad, updating iOS, checking storage, etc. This issue is happening on his iPad and on his iPhone. The worst part is there is NO way to actually contact support. The “help” button just loops you to FAQ pages that don’t even solve anything. There is no way to reach a person.
