I don’t know what’s worse, their lying or the constant harassment for details… in Switzerland other banks never ask anything they do. They make up stuff just to collect more data from you. Glad I’m not paying them anymore. They also falsely claim it’s regulation,… its not, a Swiss bank will ask for your details and ID once, not every week for no reason. They keep changing their entity and bothering clients all the time. Not seamless at all, most invasive bank ever.
