My order delivered damaged ,the coffee get mixed with the cookies and destroyed the hotel Reception the coffee was fallen and a picture was shared to the customer service initially they said we’re gonna refend to you $19 then I said I did not take my order. it is all damaged. I’m asking for a full refund then they escalated my request then they sayed this is not eligible for a refund. What a bad customer service although all the pictures they do have it.
