More than a week after placing an order, I received an email stating that the refund for the return of my order is processed, when i still haven’t received the order yet! When contacting the customer service, they stated that the reason behind canceling my order and refunding it without any previous warning was that the shipment was damaged!!! This is unacceptable as the order was placed during a 20% sale for all items, not to mention the fact that many of the items originally ordered were sold out afterwards.
