On my first flights with British Airways via the partner American Airlines. Booked our flights over 6 months ago and upgraded our seats to premium economy. Bought 4 tickets with my husband and our elderly moms. The website would not let us pick our seats until 24 hours before the flight. I finally got to pick and they split us all up. No other seats available. They are both needing assistance for safety during the flight and now we can’t even help them! Frustrated with the whole experience.
