For me, a beginning/intermediate day hiker, AllTrails has been pretty good for discovering, planning, and navigating local trails, (So Cal area). To support the app, I paid for the old Plus subscription, even tho’ it didn’t offer a ton of extras. One (to me) handy thing Plus did was preview forecasted temperatures along a planned route…. (Download map and route editing was always kind of hokey, with workable and/or better alternatives.) Anyway, route preview seems to have been “removed” from the Plus tier—while a similar feature appears to now be part of the higher, Peak tier. Needless to
