Last year I had one of the best experiences flying with Allegiant. Everything was smooth and affordable, which is why I chose to fly with them again. Unfortunately, this year has been the complete opposite. Allegiant changed flights from Des Moines, IA to Jacksonville, FL and pushed availability all the way to June, with no reasonable alternatives. That’s extremely inconvenient and disruptive, especially for customers who plan travel months ahead. What’s frustrating is the lack of consideration for passengers.
