I’ve been using Swagbucks for several years, mostly surveys to get gift cards. In the past year, it has increasingly become a ripoff. Do an involved 20-minute survey, then get s screen saying you didn’t qualify. Redeem swagbucks for a PayPal gift card, then never get it. I mean, NEVER. Customer support will send you the same canned reply every time you complain. Anything you could spend time on is worth more than dealing with these crooks.
