Works great for me
Started using this a few years ago. I am older so I set my goal at 3500 steps a day. Would walk cemetery behind my house - from my house and back it’s a mile and 1/4. Then started having issues with knees. Had one replaced and then that leg was shorter and it threw my gait off which gave me sciatica and other back issues. So I quit the cemetery walk but still wanted get steps in. So reset steps to 1000 a day. I can pretty much get that around my house. And I volunteer as an usher at a performing arts center which gives me at least a mile. I check Pacer daily and I hit my little goal unless
