I paid for 3 cameras for a year in advance because they offered a discount. Now I have cloud service thru 2027 or so I thought?The next day all cameras stopped working and I had to reset them. The $83 I spent I guess is forfeited and I have to pay for cloud service again. I tried to go to app support and report this problem with the app and selected the app it said not reportable. The app is great otherwise just don’t purchase cloud service. When the app crashes you have to pay again. Why is this my fault?

Whenever I attempt to search using the Yahoo app, it quits after I enter more than two characters. I’ve restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it still has the same problem. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro Max with the latest IOS. All my other apps work great. When I try to report the problem in the App Store it takes me to a page and prompts me to select the app in question (The only Yahoo app installed on my phone is Search) it won’t allow me to select it therefore the Continue button is grayed out. It appears Yahoo does not wish to support this app so m
